Entrepreneurship
Aditi Soni
Aditi was receiving design enquiries through several messaging groups. Product photos had inconsistent names, old prices were forwarded accidentally and finding a previous design could take half an hour. Through a community workshop, she met Vivek, who helped her define a small first step: organise 120 designs by category, assign stable product codes and create a mobile catalogue with an enquiry button instead of public pricing. Raghav then reviewed the catalogue from a workshop owner's perspective and suggested adding approximate weight ranges and production notes. Within two months, Aditi reduced repeated clarification calls and received three qualified collaboration enquiries from community businesses in other cities. The benefit was not technology alone. A designer, a workshop owner and a software professional trusted the community enough to solve the problem together.
