Maintain parcel references, supplier declarations, treatment disclosures and return-term records. Training is provided on the internal checklist; the role does not involve issuing gemological certificates.

Facilitate weekly planning circles, help students maintain deadline calendars and direct families to official course and scholarship sources. The role requires patient follow-up rather than private tutoring sales.

Schedule reviews, maintain nominee and renewal checklists, and record client questions for licensed advisers. The associate must explain process clearly without making unauthorised product promises.

Prepare dispatch packs, verify handover records, track delivery exceptions and coordinate updates between clients and transport partners. Accuracy and escalation discipline are central to the role.

Research common quotation and service-scope issues, organise template clauses and prepare plain-language client notes under supervision. The intern will not provide independent legal advice.
