What a Clear Service Quotation Should Explain

Plain-language headings that reduce confusion about scope, revisions, delivery and payment milestones.

A useful quotation identifies both parties, describes the deliverable, lists assumptions, states what is excluded and gives a realistic delivery process. Include the price basis, taxes where applicable, payment milestones, number of included revisions, approval method, validity period and what happens when the client changes scope. Record important acceptance and cancellation terms before work begins. Templates should be reviewed for your situation; complex or high-value arrangements may require qualified legal advice.
